 The Fast Track Rehab Program is designed for patients needing additional rehabilitation services following a hospitalization for illness or injury. The patients generally require short term services and have an established discharge plan. The length of the stay will vary based on the patient’s diagnosis and rehabilitation needs.
In addition to an unsurpassed program specifically tailored for providing outstanding results, our Fast Track Rehab Program provides:
- Spacious and comfortable, mainly private, rooms with televisions, recliners, and wireless internet access
- 72-hour care conferences to assist patients with goals and expectations
- Private dining area for family enjoyment
- Separate entrance and visitor parking
- Home evaluation by the therapists prior to discharge to assist with the transition home
- Courtesy follow-up phone calls by staff to answer questions and encourage safety and success!
